- Media Reform - Data mining on social networks is much more pervasive and secretive than most users know. Long-time media activists Jeff Chester and Kathryn Montgomery share their concerns about online marketing and surveillance.

Guest Don Leka, a self-described recovering lawer, will tell us about efforts on the part of the Boston Law Collaborative to revamp the legal profession to be more collaborative and less oriented to conflict. Does collaborative law sound like an oxymoron? Au contraire, according to the Christian Science Monitor, and lawyers are hailing it as a godsend, rescuing them from the quagmire of courtroom battle. It is the process where lawyers and clients agree that the lawyers will participate solely for the purpose of settlement negotiations and that if the case goes to court, the parties will hire new counsel.
